Absolutely love them! Highly recommend. Only place I get my supplies they have the best juices great prices and the staff is amazing! My girl jasmine is awesome she went above and beyond for me I’m very thankful for her kindness!

Better then it was in Avail. The employee said it was still owned by them. I liked it, it was expensive so be prepared! I think you need a better selection. I asked for 3 different coils and she didn't have any of the 3. I asked about juices and she explained in store it is house juices only. I think you guys need inventory and environment. It's really quiet. My husband and I whispered while we were in there. Some music, a TV something. The shop down the road is going to kill you if not. Also the tank I bought is defective where the top where you fill it keeps opening easily causing it to leak everywhere.

Very nice and clean store came in a few days ago everyone was nice but the gentleman working was very spaced out and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there much. But overall a nice store
Edit: talked to Leah and explained when I came back the young lady working Jazmin helped me a lot and they were very nice helping make sure I have better visits here on out !

WAY better selection than Avail had!! The largest salt nic menu I’ve seen around. The workers are kind and really know their stuff! Finally a vape shop that doesn’t feel immature or sketchy :)

I've been a customer for 5+ years. The staff are great! They are knowledgeable about the products and give excellent customer service. I won't go to any other vape store except Avail because of my experience with them. They are by far the best in town!! Maddie, Laurel and all the staff are great at what they do, you leave there satisfied! Can't say enough about Avail ❤❤😊😊

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a problem with my tank and the woman who helped me got it fixed and made things right. She was outstanding. In addition, she showed me some new flavors that I really liked...ending up spending more than I planned but it was worth it. Keep up the good work and thanks!

I was in Lynchburg for the day last week and my vape broke!!!! After 3 hours I was going insane and asked Google to find me the closest VAPE SHOP. Google actually pulled up a few but 2 were locally owned and as I usually prefer to give that type of place my business, I've found when it comes to any type of electronics, go with who you know.
I'm live in Richmond, VA and Avail is located here as well.
I had to go with the store that held the best reputation. Ran in, got amazing service from a young lady who helped me more than she realized after a long morning taking care of an elderly family member.
Vape is working great!! And I will always highly recommend Avail for their great customer service and high quality merchandise.

Absolutely fabulous. The two ladies that work there, I remember Laurel and I didn't get the other girl's name sorry 😹 but they were both equally impressive on how much they knew about every product. I recommend anyone to go there if they want knowledgeable and experienced people working with Vapes, cbd and everything else they have in store.
