Gorilla Vapes

I smoked on and off (mostly on) for 15 years. I knew it was horrible for me, but I had no will power. I love smoking. There, I admit it, but I can't keep doing it.

Is vaping better? Who knows, but as long as it's keeping me from smoking cigarettes, Gorilla Vapes is the place I want to get my fill. The staff is always ready to help. The juice customization, at their "juice bar" is something not many places offer, and perfect for regulating the nicotine level. Employees are always super friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

I still am giving them 5 stars because this is not a knock on the store itself, however I don't like the whole vape culture. It makes me feel old and yucky. I'm glad that I can get in, get what I need and vape in the privacy of my own home without having to compete in any vape ring competitions. ;)

The two gentlemen that assisted me were very polite, well mannered and I felt like I knew them eventhough we had just met. Fabulous customer service and very inviting atmosphere.

My go-to place for juice, coils, you name it. They make their juice there and have tons of flavors! They also sell pre-packaged products too. They will add nicotine if you need it as well. Their prices are cheaper than most of their local competitors, which is the main reason I started going here instead. The staff are friendly and helpful and have been able to answer every question I’ve ever had as well as fix every issue I’ve had with my vape. They’re excellent overall and offer sale prices on their products regularly.

Gorilla vapes is simply the best vape shop in town. Vapes are at great prices, they have quality builds and juices, outstanding juices, and best of all the staff is friendly and helps to get you what you need. The store is always clean and arranged where you can find exactly what you are looking for. This is definitely my go to store.

Always great customer service. Great deals on mods, tanks, juices, etc... They always seem to be running some type of promotion. This team really seems to care about their customers and are always engaged with them especially on their Facebook page. They are also always trying to fight for our right to vape and don't sit idly by waiting for some new legislation to take away our rights. They are constantly promoting ways in which you can make a difference in the vaping community. Not much else to say besides if you haven't stopped by their shop then you are really missing out on a true vaping family.

Love the shop, love the staff, love the juice. Only shop I've been to in the area where I went in and made friends with the entire staff. Gorilla Vapes is the first place I'll send someone who is looking for more information and the first place I go when I need help or supplies.

Out of all the vape shops I have been to in the Lynchburg area this is the best! Their juices are priced very competitively and are outstanding in quality! The atmosphere is really nice as well. I always get the feeling that I am a friend instead of some random customer. Love this place!

Unfriendly and unhelpful from the moment I walked in...I asked if they had a coil for my Aspire tank, "oh no, haven't seen one of those for a long time..." except for the ones you have on the shelf...oh those, yes they did have them. And the juices for $4.95 advertised on their website, nope, they don't have them. No specials with a new set-up, they won't put juice in them, you have to pay $16 for a bottle. I won't go back, I'll find somewhere else.

Used to go to another shop in Lynchburg eventually I tried Gorilla and haven’t looked back since. Any time I come in the crew does the most to help out! Highly highly recommend this place!

Horrible customer service despite my dog wearing a medical service vest I was not allowed in the store and happy to be turned away as I found a much friendlier and knowledgeable shop that was willing to accommodate me and my disability.
