I bought a disposable pen and it stopped working within 45 minutes of buying it. I just wanted to exchange it and dude said no. They probably going to reply saying they don’t do exchanges or returns lol. When was I told that? Show me where it says that.. lol.

I bought a $50 pipe here yesterday. When I got home nothing works, I tried charging it, tried it several times. Upon returning to the store they told me they don’t do exchanges or refunds and the guy behind the counter sent me away bc he said he’s “not tryna deal with this”. So you sell a faulty product and refuse to offer help is unacceptable. Buyer’s beware!!

Bright and clean store with wellcoming atmosphere. I never felt like they were rushing me with anything. Sales person was honest and he knew what he was talking about. box mod and some juice very good price.

These people just want your money. I came in looking for a CBD vape liquid and dude sold me a tincture (spent $100; mind you). Put it in my vape pen and it just leaked everywhere. Nicest people, great customer service, but they just tell you what you want to hear so you’ll spend money. Even when I went back to inquire on what was sold to me, the person on staff told me straight up it wasn’t vape juice. Like he knew just by looking at the bottle. I told him about my experience and he told me there was nothing they could do for me. Make sure you do your research on whatever product you intend to buy before purchasing anything from this place.

Very DISAPPOINTING experience at this shop. I stop by a month ago and purchased a product for $105.00. Product still works fine, but a piece of the product broke off and I went online to the manufacturing company and purchased the piece.
When it arrived. I tried to place the piece on the product. To my surprise it could not fit. Still in shock I callled the manufacturer and they pointed out to me that the product I purchased from this shop was not authentic. They asked for the address and location of the shop I purchased it so they can investigate them further. I resisted because I did not want to hurt them without stopping by to question why I was sold an AFTER MARKET product or a FAKE to be exact. (Although the product does work, so I can't take that away. Which is why I left 1 star).
I stopped by the shop today in hope of a resolution. Even though the sales guy agrees that they definitely f***ked me over (excuse my French), but they couldn't do anything for me but I could buy their piece that came with their AFTER MARKET product. Which of course fits. So yea there you have it. I will never purchase from here and will continue to give horrible reviews which they deserve for their fraudulent sale. And I will definitely be contact the manufacturer to give them the information about this shop so they can do to them what they wish...Except some form of reconciliation is done by its management. SMH

Go for your liquids and coils but avoid buying kits, mods, etc. I bought 3 kits and after a week of use two of them stopped working. Their ZERO assistance policy makes it impossible to get any warranty on the products they sell.

Compared to other vape stores, their juice is a little bit pricy. Also, at least some of their coils are counterfeit. I've gone back after buying a pack of five because only one in the pack worked, only to be given a replacement pack and have the same thing happen again. Great customer service, but I won't be returning.
