Went in to buy my first vape setup, I asked what I should get. Spent over $200 for mod,juice,battery charger, etc. A few weeks later the screen to my mod went black. I YouTube'd alien smok 220 to see what was going on, didn't help. Worked without the screen on for a couple weeks until my mod completely stopped working. Took it back to mojos and they basically said I probably dropped it and I should contact smok about it. Put some RESPEK on my name.

I'm new to the complete vaping scene. I do it for stress relief, etc.... And although I sound like a moron when I don't know what to do or get, they are always so helpful and patient. Y'all rock. ((They also have some really cool knick-knacks in their store))

No returns even if the item is defective and brought back hours later. I've shopped there 6 times. 3 of the times I shooed there the stuff I bought was broken when I got it.

I have shopped here a few times now and the selection and variety of products is the best in town and also there is one employee in particular that was extremely polite knowledgeable and helpful, named Makaela. I recommend asking for her if you want excellent service and someone that knows about the products.

Called to see if they had the product I wanted. Told me because it was a tobacco product and couldn't verify my age they couldn't tell me any information.

Bought a vaporizer battery that broke after a couple hours of use. Brought it in, they tested it and seen that it was broken, yet they refused to warranty the item.... $25 thrown down the drain apparently.
I hope the $25 replacement battery was worth it to them, as they have lost my business going forward.
