Mojo's Smokes and Gifts

So every time I go there I've asked for rolling papers for a 70 mm roller and every time they've given me the wrong papers. I even asked the manager the last two times and gave me the wrong papers again. Not to mention they won't give you a refund. The manager gave me a pair of scissors to "cut them" because she wouldn't refund me. I just went in again to talk about it and they insisted that it was my fault that they gave me the wrong papers. This place is the biggest joke I've ever seen for a business. Completely rude and a waste of time and money.

The whole staff are so friendly and welcoming and always say thank you for coming in. I'm a regular and they all know my name. I love these people! Great prices on their products and awesome selection.

I lost the jewel to my dermal anchor, so I went in this shop to see if they had any jewels to replace mine. They showed me what they had and me who had just got them done didn't know that they were actually selling me LIP RING TOPS!!!!!!! Not only did I have to pay $20 for it, they don't give refunds even if THEY were the ones who willingly sell you the wrong piece of jewelry! I am NEVER going back there!! Instead I go to 314 tattoo/Lotus Body Adornment, Highly recommend them!!!!

Why is it that all the smoke shops in St. George have rude and pothead workers. I thought mikes was just a bad business. So I came here and they were ornery too. I didn’t even wanna buy anything just wanted to leave the bad energy and when I left they made sure I had a bad taste in my mouth. I mean seriously stop getting high before work or at least put some happy music. I work in customer service and would be fired in a heart beat if I acted anywhere near like these people. Do your jobs right! Drink a damn redbull. If you do have to come here just be careful because they will screw you if they can just like mikes.

To mojos reply: I gave a honest review, and at 3 stars clearly I am not the only one left completely unsatisfied. I am addressing the issues that is what my review was for. If everyone went in and personally talked the owners (which no one does it is 2018) then there would be no point of google reviews. Sorry you did not like my review. On a seperate note, some 5 star reviews on here are a little fishy. Just saying. Don’t worry though, like I said, I definately will not be going back. You guys do not solve problems but instead just come up with excuses.

I'm super pist, they told me about a deal where it's 4.50$ for a 15ml bottle of juice and never told me about the same 30ml of juice for 5.00$. They clearly only care about getting my money. I brought it up after an they wouldn't do anything to fix it even tho I just purchased it.

After visiting Mojoes smoke shop and buying a bottle of vape juice I took hit I realized something was wrong. I got a second opinion from multiple friends and They to confirmed something was wrong. When I contacted Mojoes and inform them of what happened they told me I can buy another one but they will do nothing to fix the full bottle I just bought 30 minutes befor hand. I told this to cloud9. They apologized, replaced my coil and gave me a new bottle of juice at no charge.

I would recommend Mojoes smokeshop to nobody and encourage you to visit cloud nine for all your vaping needs.

I came back into the shop minutes after filling the the tank and never left the parking lot before getting a second opinion. Only after the manager told me the best she can do is give me 10% off did i leave to go to cloud 9.

Bought a puff plus, took a puff in the car and it wasn’t working. Took it back and they apologized and replaced it. 20 minutes later it started hitting and wouldn’t stop. We called and they apologized again but wouldn’t replace it. Nice employees but I wouldn’t purchase a puff plus.

Great shop with great products, I've been able to find quality glass, dab accessories, and basically anything else I need in one shop at reasonable prices I can live with. Huge glass selection, larger then some Cali shops. They also carry cbd, edibles and tinctures! I got thr drip and its awesome, not a huge vape'r but they have a lot of vapes and a giant flavor selection with every type of flavor from sweets, candies and desserts, all the way to tobacco mimics. Love the options I can mix my cbd into.

I like to support local businesses! Plus they have been nice and helpful. Only downfall is the construction on Bluff Street! ARG. PS, I got my first vape at Cloud 9. They are snooty B#@&es!

Amazing selection of different pieces, vaporizers of all types, relaxed neutral atmosphere, intuitive and informed employees, and one of the largest and most professional smoke shops ive been to. Ive been to every smoke shop in st george and this is my favorite by far, so keeo uo the good work all of you, I wish i could give 6 stars!
