Giving a five for the amazing customer service. I have to add though, I’ve purchased juul compatible pods now twice and both boxes were faulty. They fry as soon as you use them (and I’m priming them.) I never ask for a receipt so I haven’t bothered to raise a fuss but I really think you guys should stop carrying the bad brands. Other than that the prices are great and all of the staff are extremely friendly and nice.

Myself and my husband, and 2 other people called ahead to make sure we could all get some very special and very simple tattoos done. We went in and all 4 of us had to wait for 1 artist. Reina was nice and seemed to know what she was doing, and the shop was clean, but noone else even offered to help us out, and the place was empty. We all got wedding ring tattoos for our upcoming weddings. Yes, Im aware that hand tattoos fade. I have other hand tattoos, however these tattoos faded to nearly nothing after only 2 weeks. We called repeatedly to schedule a time to go in for touch ups before our wedding, as she promised to touch them up if necessary. Each time we called we were told Reina would be at the shop every day until 4 pm. We arranged to go in 3 days prior to our wedding, and drove 40 min to get there, only to be told that Reina left early. The other artist didn't bother to contact her, or offer to touch us up, even after we explained that our wedding was in a few days. He took our number and said she would call us the next day, which didn't happen. Needless to say we did not get our tattoos fixed for our wedding. We've since contacted the shop on 2 occasions, and each time we have been told that Reina is out sick, or that she left early. The tattoos are barely visible at this point. I'm very angry and disappointed with the quality, and customer service. Now we will have to pay another $120 to have our tattoos fixed, because according to the person who answered the phone today, Reina did not show up to work again.

This is the place to go!!! Went in to see Cody who redid my entire back piece of a 10 year old tat (unfinished) from an artist who i was never able to reconnect with. A complete 360 brand new back piece thanks to cody. The confidence he has given me is priceless. So kind &friendly. Not heavy handed and so helpful and ready to complete your vision. Great prices. Personalable. I found my forever shop! Dont pass up this artist. If i could 10/10 stars. I dont regret a second of my time. Thank you cody and smoked out ink!!! You are the best!!!

Most badass shop out there!! There is some of the most talented and most artistic guys around! Great customer service and some awesome products in the store! I definitely recommend going to this shop! One of artist his name is Ryan Crown. He did a piece on my back and definitely hit the mark. I suggest you stop by and look at his art work it’s amazing!

Raina is hands down the best in state! Smoked out Ink has also modernized their business and is the most tech savvy tattoo shop around. She was extremely fast on designing and we did multiple placement rounds and she helped me achieve my perfect tattoo. If you’re gonna get tatted, ask for Raina and I promise you won’t regret it, two thumbs up!
