Pretty sure the guy behind the counter was high , reeked of marijuana when I walked inside. Service was not good. Had to repeat myself about four times to get what I wanted.

For the piercing side, the guy was great. He was busy, but very polite and kept updating me. When it was my turn, he was efficient and friendly. My piercing turned out fine, and very little pain at all for when he did it.
He also does tattoos and has a good referral and discount offer.

As I walked in Smoked Out Ink, I notice a gentlemen working the front desk. I immediately asked for his help to help me with a 14MM adapter, male to male ends. The employee working the front desk went and looked for what I was asking for and immediately says " yes, we have them in stock would you like one" I responded yes, as I continued looking at other products they have to offer. I cashed out and headed home.... When I get home and opend the brown paper bag, I find out the employee sold me a 14mm male to female adapter, this will not work with what I have. I figured no big deal, Ill just head back and exchange it. I returned back to Smoked Out Ink, in hoping to exchange the wrong adapter he literally just sold me about 15 minutes ago. When I get there we spend 20 minutes looking for the correct adapter and come to find out he doesn't even carry the correct adapter, I asked if I could just get a refund because he made the wrong assumption and sold me the incorrect item... He told me there was no exchanges or returns... I was baffled when he said this, he is the one that sold me the wrong product without clarifying or asking if its the correct one. I left the smoke shop with the wrong adapter because he didn't care to please the customer. Smoked Out Ink.... You will NEVER get my business again.

For the piercing side of this business I am extremely upset. I never even got my nose pierced there because the piercer was unbelievably unreliable. My mom and I had called multiple times to figure out a time when the piercer would be there and it always starts out between 2-3 pm and then I’ll call again and its been pushed back to 3:30. Until finally I show up at 3:30 and all of a sudden the piercer won’t be for there for the next two days. This happened more than once. I’m glad I didn’t go here to get my piercing because I guarantee it would’ve been just as terrible as the reliability.
