I love Empire Merchandise!! I had a broken tank and they totally took care of me. I got a whole new set up and Rob took the time to teach me everything I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable with it before leaving. They also have amazing prices and defiantly take care of you!!

Awesome shop, great selection. The house juice is awesome and you can't beat 60 mls for $18. Staff is super friendly and the rewards system is the best I've seen in any other shop. I won't take my business anywhere else.

ALWAYS HAS A DEAL! great price on juices. Their house juice is excellent and will often sell them in combination with other name brands for a great price. Pack of 5 atomizers... $20! Also very friendly and remember you. Tons of inventory to choose from.

Even when they're helping customers, they acknowledge you when you come in and will offer assistance as soon as possible, usually a minute or two, giving you time to check out the juices for your device.
Their employees know their products, to a highly professional degree. If you have questions, you'll get satisfactory answers.
They offer testers in a quick manner and are highly organized, if it's not up front, they'll check the back without hesitation.
Their reward points system is cool and easy to get set up on, and the customer service is always on point. Totally worth my 15 minute drive.
