DraperGate Coffee & Vape

We came in to buy my wife her first mod. We didn't know much about what we needed but we're helped by Alexis who was awesome. She was kind and helpful and not pushy at all. Great shop with HUGE selection of mods e-liquid, smokes, "water pipes", and accessories. The cafe portion offers a selection of coffee and tea drinks and even kratom drinks! 10/10 would visit again.

I liked the store the first time I came around. I bought a battery pack and the employee told me I had two weeks to return and that after that I’d have to deal directly with the manufacturer. It said it was inhalation operated, but after charging it I couldn’t get it to work, I tried two different carts and nothing. I even looked directly on the product’s website to see if they had any new information and I still couldn’t get it to pull. So I went back to return it. The employee (different employee) said she needed to test it to see if they could return it (????) and with the test cart she was able to get a pull. I asked her if there was something she was doing to help her get it to work and she just shrugged and said “not really.” If she couldn’t give me some advice then I didn’t really want to mess with it so I asked since it was still within the two weeks if I could just return it. She said they couldn’t return it because most of their products are consumable. When I took it home I tried it again and I still couldn’t get it to work. I’m pretty unimpressed with this return policy since this exact product is not really consumable and I literally cannot operate the thing. Probably won’t shop here again.

Awesome shop! Got almost everything and anything you need or want with vape products, devices, vape juice, glass pipes and water pipes, custom blown glass pieces, vaperizers and everything in between for tobacco, cannabis, and CBD at great prices! Also there is a outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating and room to chill and enjoy your new vape juice you just purchased inside or smoke some hooka or just relax and enjoy some coffee or gelato they sell inside also. They are open later then any other vape or pipe shop around! Great business, great service, great products, great staff, and great owners! 👌💯

Trinidad is so helpful and very knowledgeable about what she sells to you! She knows exactly what I want and never fails to make me a happy customer! Ask for Trin when you guys go and shop there! Will not be disappointed! ❤️

First time there, Eddie was a wonderful help!! Went back, met Adam. Their expertise and kindness go a long way. If you're downtown, it's worth the drive, if you're from the south, like me, Eagle Mountain, it's the first descent place to stop on your way nto town!! I'll be a return customer, you should be, too!

This is one of the best spots in Utah by far! They have a really good selection and the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. If i’m ever not sure what i’m looking for Adam Omar always has the best recommendations :D Definitely check this place out!

Updated my rating based on the business owners response, had an employee being unfriendly to my fiancé and I when we went in, but going to give this place the benefit of the doubt here. Only been there once and I can see the owner runs a tight ship, cares about customer service. So thank you Sam! Appreciate how much you cared to reach out.

This shop is the BEST! Great selection, good prices, and a great staff. All the employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly—but shout out to Adam because Adam is the MAN. 👊🏼 Whoever is in charge, give that guy a raise!!

this shop is super nice and i do like it, however we are in the middle of a pandemic and the employees when i came in to shop were not wearing masks. this is pretty business standard right now, and it made me feel uneasy. i don’t care what you do in your free time but at work i do think you should be following a mask protocol. just seemed unprofessional to me, and wish i could give them a higher rating.
