So I'm giving this another chance. My main issue was reading the review about the person who received two flavors that were not made properly (as they tasted off according to them). Theu got upset because they were only offered an exchange for the unopened bottle. The manage gave a very lame excuse about "following rules". Let me tell ya, I've managed retail stores. Here's what good customer service would've looked like- exchange the unopened bottle, and then GIVE THEM THE SECOND ONE FREE! Of you're worried about overhead, then ur basically saying you believe most of your product os defective, as he clearly stated the flavor had gone off. That way no rule is broken, and you saved a customer. Was it really worth losing all their future business over a bottle of juice? But still, I'm chalking this up to an inexperienced manager, and hopefully a higher up sees this and trains them more thoroughly.
