VERY DISAPPOINTED. I recently bought the Bang. XXL Red Raz Passion Fruit for a total of $15.14 on the 9th, 10 minutes till 7pm. And today this morning after a total of 18 puffs it now no longer works although it shows there is 2000 PUFFS. This makes me very upset.

My friend and I went for the first time and brought three items for his sever back surgery.He was getting all 5000 grand and it helped his painto.But tonight when he was going to buy the same he was going to be charged About 300. Them when I saw the amount, I was just couldn't believe it. We paid the last time 139 and she was like same person who sold it to him.We asked her why.The girl made no sense why. Then said I could go about 200. We just did not think it was good customer service and just left. .He was so disappoint and I was wondering how could you just change the prices anytime is so mean.We jwill never go back.

Stopped first for the matcha cafe to be utterly disappointed that it was closed earlier than their stated online time, but the wonderful lady working at the CBD shop tonight really made it worth it! We had a 5 hour drive ahead of us and were excited to find this place place. Amazing selection, with items never seen in the RGV shops and unbeatable prices. But most commendable of all, the customer service. I have never experienced this level of help, respect, and quality of customer service as I have had today. Next time I’m visit San Antonio, you can bet I’m coming back!

We got a cartridge and asked if we had any issues if we could return it and the staff assured us no one had had issues with this specific cart except one time that it was put on wrong. So we buy the cart and it doesn't work. We buy a new battery and nothing. No smoke at all. We called the next day and told them and they said they could not return our money which I understand but they also said no to exchanging it and I asked if there was any way they could help us fix it and they also said no. So we spent $40 on a useless product and no help.

Came back for round 2 . Product is really effective, it’s medicinal. I was able to get some very good sleep for the first time in awhile.

I wanted to ease my dogs anxiety, so I bought 100 MG CBD treats for him. After giving him 1 treat a day for 2 days he was vomiting after taking these treats. I went back to the store to ask for an in-store credit, and the employee and manager denied me that because of the All Sales Final policy they had for edibles. Mary Janes CBD really need to re-evaluate their policy when it comes to customer satisfaction and retention because I am a valued customer whose unfortunate situation wasn’t acknowledged by this business. I was willing to spend more money in addition to the credit I possibly could have received. Very disappointed in how my situation was handled by management.

Great shop with lots of products to offer. I don’t recall the young man who helped us, but we talked to him about what we were looking for and he gave us some great suggestions and ended up purchasing several products based of his recommendations. I’m sure we will be going back soon!

Great place to buy products! Very courteous and "chill" employees. They let you look around and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Walked in the door and asked for Delta-8 vape oil. Was asked leading questions about what I said I wanted/needed it for even though I hadn't said anything (Something about mg strength and getting off Xanax? She was either confused or has very awkward sales/survey tactics.). Was sold a tincture and didn't realize until a week later when I finally took it out to use it. I emailed the info address regarding my options and received no response, even just to say they couldn't return or exchange it. Unfortunately I can't use a tincture as I have a reaction to them so now I'm out $75. Had high hopes for this shop and am pretty bummed with the whole experience.
