We only stock high quality name brand E-Liquids and the latest in vaping technology. Family friendly and Pet enviroment, Language is generally PG13. Never have any problems at this location except that they're so popular they're often waiting on stock! But even when that happens they do their best to lyk when things will arrive so youre not left wanting- assuming you're not up to going to one of their other locations as they all work together to try and help make sure you get what you need.

Wonderful customer service ever single time I go in, I never feel rushed or like I'm being watched as if I'm about to steal something, which is common for smoke shops. Just went in last week and bought the new smoke alien set up, the salesman helped me from start to finish, providing accurate knowledge and most importantly a smile.

Bought something less than a week ago was told there was a 30-day store policy if something goes wrong when there was a malfunction with my expensive 180$ purchase the store would not honor the 30-day policy the GM actually told me that he would not take a financial loss on something he sold me that was defective but I could get a 20% discount a new one. And that the employee that told me there was a 30-day policy was wrong and that that's not his fault. Hate this place I hate this place I hate this place never like I've hated any place before never been treated so rudely and they expect me to take $180 loss or throw more good money after their bad service. The owner of this place some guy named Matt is impossible to find in the GM I don't remember his name really needs to go back to cashier. Hate this place never been so angry in a long time

The two workers there were awesome! Wish we could've gotten their names. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I just know one was thing, long hair and piercings. The other guy had long hair little heavier looked a little samoan (no offense lol) and was tallish. If you go there I'd look for them because they are extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly.
