I’ve been coming to hazel sky for about a year now, and this is by far my favorite location! I locked my keys in my car and asked them if I could wait in the store while I waited for the locksmith and they let me! They were super nice, and they even offered me snacks! The employees here go above and beyond, not to mention the variety of products they have! By far my favorite smoke shop in San Antonio, keep up the good work!

I've been a loyal customer since they opened the Fredericksburg Rd location over 7 or 8 years ago. Recently I have been a little frustrated finding replacement coils and glass and dealing with rude kids that know nothing about the products they sell. Im glad I had to visit the location on San Pedro. It's out of my way but worth the extra drive across town. Cedrick helped me find exactly what I needed. I wanted a higher watt coil for my new tank and he was able to steer me in the right direction, then went out of his way to find the correct glass to fit my other tank as well. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and if there was a question he could not answer he was able to find the answer for me. His service far exceeded the expectation left by his co-workers ( at the other locations) Keep up the good work. Very satisfied and I will continue to drive 15 min out of the way to come back to this location. I'd give the 7 stars if I could.

Mike is the realest dude ever i would trade him for my real dad. Car recently got stuck in their parking lot and he went next door to the stores in the plaza to ask them not to tow my car. i would die for you mike. bless up

Andrew found a glass replacement for my vape, put in on, filled it to ensure there was no leaks before he made me pay and then rung me up. The other smoke shop made me buy it first and it leaked bc it didn't fit then said there are no returns lol. But this was nice 👌 experience.
