Hazel Sky Smoke & Vape #1 Fredericksburg

As a "vaping virgin" I chose Hazel Sky since it is within walking distance of my apartment and was highly rated compared to other vape shops in the area. I asked lots of questions and got lots of informative answers from STEVEN, who was very patient and knowledgeable about everything there. I will most definitely return for more juice and coils when I need them, and recommend everybody give these guys a visit if you need some expert advice on vaping or Delta 8 products! THANKS FOR BEING AWESOME!!!

I've been going here for a couple months, everyone is cool and super outgoing. They have great prices, great glass. this is one of those shops where you find that unique piece you haven't seen elsewhere. I've seen them share pizza and give out soda at times lol. Big thank you to creed and the rest of the staff you're awesome!

Always quick, friendly easy visit

Terrible experience. Shop tried to overcharge me, refused to give any discount, and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I was the only person in the store, the attendant tried to pretend he didn't see me walk in but reluctantly asked me what he could help me with. I got an overall vibe that I wasn't welcomed. Attendant displayed poor salesmanship and shop priced item at 3-4 x's the rate of similar shops. Terrible salesmanship and I can't recommend this place to friends or family. Second employee came out from back and refused to make eye contact, nobody ever said hello, thank you, or goodbye. Advice to management: train employees on customer service and interaction.

This location has some of the best service I’ve received at a headshop, the employees Christian and Mia were patient and helpful to me and my friends. Will definitely be visiting this location more frequently!

Really tried giving this place a chance bc I found a couple of really good flavors here at awesome prices but everytime I go back they're out of stock of the flavor with the nicotine content I need. Yes I know about the nic packs but I'm a beginner so I don't trust myself to mix it and don't think I should pay more bc the liquids I want are repeatedly out of stock. The saleswoman wasn't helpful at all with pointing me in the direction of something else I might like or trying to call another location that did have what I wanted. She was actually kind of rude about it and not very knowledgeable in my opinion. I had to go back to get a liquid with higher nicotine content after I first purchased my vape here bc she suggested a liquid with 3 mg (after I told her my smoking habits) when I actually needed something higher. That was fine bc we all make mistakes but after my experience yesterday, I won't be going back. It's a shame bc I would've if not for the bad customer service.

I have mixed feelings with the store they have a great and impressive selection on everything but I've never payed 50 for a basic spoon pipe before in 17 years of smoking

I swear I love this store. Everyone is nice and the prices of their products are the best. I dont even bother going to any other shops they have me spoiled lol. But I'd definitely recommend this store! Service is always great and they don't pressure you into buying anything.

love this shop, nice selections, wonderful employees but i wont ever let them touch my vape again. I got a bad coil which happens no biggie and they exchanged it no problem. The guy put the coil back on to make sure it works but i cant get the coil off to save my life. Ive tried pliers, hot water, forks, and multiple people but cant get it off. Ive vaped for years and have never not been able to change my coil. I have no idea how im going to get it off:( Edit: Thank you for the quick reply! I did manage to get it off, thank you for offering your help! Love you guys!

Used to be my go to smoke shop for years but the staff has went downhill as of late.. always 1 person “working” and the other person doing nothing.. the past few times I went in wanting to be in and out because I know exactly what I need... then I have to stand around for 10 min while one “worker” is mindlessly standing there waiting for newbie stoners to decide what they want (help them my guy!)... and the other “worker” is on the phone right In front of me without even a “hello” or “we will be right with you” the whole time I was in there. Terrible Service, the better smoke shop is on Dezevala.
