If it’s a simple purchase, they’re pleasant..efficient.
But if a question about a product comes up, it never fails that they give me the runaround or some misinformation.

It’s frustrating because it has resulted in me having to make an extra trip back, to exchange a coil or something for the right item.
The two previous shops I went to, when they were closer, were MUCH more knowledgeable & helpful.
If I had been a new user when I first began using this company, I’d probably have quit already.

The other thing that seems unprofessional with the location I visit is, the employees are always standing in groups with other workers who are off or friends. So, it can come across like they’re rushing with the customer to get back to this group.

Overall, my opinion is - if you have a good understanding of what you need when you stop, they’re fine to use!
Otherwise, if you’re needing to spend more time asking questions, go to a more reputable chain.

Never had a bad interaction with this location. They've helped me out with Delta-8 products and managing my anxiety so much.

A grrrl and a guy were working this late afternoon and I was looking for something specific. I had to yell-ask questions from across the store because both of them were too lazy to get up to assist. It was clear that they didn’t want us in there. They acted as if my bud n I interrupted something and despised us walking in the door. I had never been to this hazel sky and I FOR SURE will not be returning. I suggest hiring people who are willing to help customers/potential buyers and won’t just sit behind the register vaping. This was the absolute worst customer service I’ve had in my whole life.

Top notch employees that make sure you find what you're looking for..Super knowledgeable too and have no issues taking time to fill you in on something you may not necessarily be familiar with. I'm always willing to spend a few extra $$ because of their welcoming and professional attitudes
To the Hazel Sky Owners:Your employees are amazing and you better be treating them good because we love them. They literally make your store an awesome place to be and make us feel welcome and wanted there.

Been shopping at #4 for few months, but one day they were out of my fave vape juice, they took the time to call over to this store, #1, to see if they had it. Not only did they hold it for me, they gave me a bigger discount than the girl at #4 had promised for the inconvenience. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this chain. Every location I've been to is staffed with friendly and knowledgeable folks, they make it so much easier to make informed decisions about purchasing equipment or supplies. Face it, it's a sizable investment to get a new mod or tank setup, and its easier to choose one you're going to be happy with if you're informed and the staff isn't pushy and trying to steer you towards something that benefits them over your satisfaction with your choice. Love these guys!

I wasn’t expecting for all the staff to be so sweet ESPECIALLY Ivy. So patient and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable when it came to THC. Definitely returning because of her.
