They’re a one stop shop for all your needs and they’re very friendly and respectful. I went yesterday and Isaac was there to help me. I told him what I needed and he helped me very quickly and even gave me a discount! I will definitely be referring all my friends to Alien & you have my business for life.

Corey(sp?) was very friendly and helpful in getting me what I needed, the prices were reasonable and there was a wide range of products to choose from. Definitely worth stopping by, they also have a ton of vape juice brands you may not find in other smoke shops.

My visit here was this past couple of days(I chose it for the proximity to where I work, name and the reviews). Ali was nice and appropriate even while taking a personal phone call as I first entered the door and giving me his attention. Ali gave me a great price on a standard double blown piece for 5$ <3. I'll definitely be back!

Well the only complaint I have is the cashiers have the freedom to give discounts as they feel needed. First time I shopped at Alien I was told that returning customers would receive a 20% discount on certain items. The cashier at the time told me to mention his name and I would get a 20% discount. Well when I returned the other cashier told me it was just 10% discount. I’m not into haggling prices with anyone. I believe that the register should automatically be programmed to give discounts. Bottom line is I was told that a certain product would be $30 after taxes and when I returned for the second purchase it was actually $37, that’s a $7 difference. I think all the cashiers should be on the same page, if the registers were programmed every customer would be charged correctly. If you’re reading this and you’re quoted a certain price get it in writing because when you return a different cashier might charge you a different price.

I came in about 9:50 and the shop closes at 10:00 and Issac still helped me for about 30 more minutes due to me being indecisive lol, but he was very patient didn’t rush and really helped me find what I was looking for this. I go to this shop very often and never have I had a bad experience I also stops at the Babcock location most of the time I deal with Sam and once again alway patient and professional with me!! KEEP IT UP ALIEN
