The owner aka Alien has amazing customer service skills. He greets everyone when they come in and gives honest advice about what they are looking to purchase. The first time I went, I purchased a dugout, and he threw in a free ceramic pinch hit on top of the one it came with (y'all know they always get lost). Today when I went, I was looking for another Ryot brand dugout... he was all out but let me know where it may be available. I wanted to purchase the poker thing it came with but he let me go with it, free of charge. Nothing but good vibes in this shop... and a lot of cool smoking stuff. It's also cool that the workers don't get all crazy if you say anything other than tobacco... because I'm not fond of talking in code!
Also, they are moving to an even bigger and better location a few doors down. This will always remain my one stop shop for everything. Don't forget to try the random drinks they offer as well (I am very fond of the various CBD drinks and treats they offer). Also, Elfbars here are legite. Not fake like other places. My favorite flavor is Mango Cream!! Enough of my rant, just wanted to treat them right since they always treat me with respect. Thanks again Alien!

My boyfriend had the most awful experience today at your shop. He walked in to the shop and had to wait 20 minutes to have anyone come out to help him. He then allowed another customer to go ahead of him because he had several questions. Once that customer had been served, instead of the clerk coming to help him he was completely ignored, the other person in the store was helped. This is unacceptable customer service! My boyfriend has had a similar experience at the San Antonio location multiple times. He frequented this shop and has been a loyal customer for some time. It matters not whether he is a new customer or a frequent flyer customer service should be top priority. You have failed in this aspect of the business.
As a follow up:
Management reached out to me and corrected the situation immediately. We will be shopping here again and I commend them for their quick response.
