Great service, very welcoming. The workers have even offered to let me try their own personal mods with juice I was considering buying. The selection of juice and hardware is FAR more than other vape shops in the area. Prices are more than you would find online, but for a brick and mortar they are hard to beat. All in all, the BEST vape shop in the Rowlett/Rockwall area. I recommend signing up for their FiveStars, as you earn points with each purchase that can be exchanged for various quantities of their house juice for just a dollar.

I have been going there for about a year and I bought 2 batters for my Juul which neither worked. I wasn't refunded money for either and was only offered 10% off a purchase for yet another one. I feel they should have replaced at least 1 of them but no. I am extremely upset over this and won't be going there at all because they dont stand behind the products they sell. If you can't back your products, why sell them!

I have been to almost every vape shop near me and this is the best one out of all of them. I gave it five stars because it doesn’t go any higher. Lacey is one of the best people to get help from there, Katylenn is another. When those two are there it makes you never want to leave.

These workers including the disrespectful manager sold me a sigelei Kaos spectrum (the display model) and couple days after I had it the screen blew up and shattered from the inside."so me" I freak out and take it up there. Turns out they won't replace my vape even though you have to bring it in a week after you purchase and not only that but the warranty card has a number on it to call the company if there's a manufacturing problem turns out they don't even do that!!!! The whole store is just sketchy and have defective vapes! So anyone that wants to go to that store turn around and walk out, don't waste your money!!!

Me and my husband buy Starbuzz Queen Of Sex, by the kilo once a month. However our normal shop was unable to get us some, so we stopped into The Peace Cloud just to get something for the time being. If you're going in to buy Shisha, I would NOT recommend this place. All of the shisha is overpriced. (Fantasia 50g sells for 12.99, which is normally 8.99-9.99, and the Starbuzz 100g is selling for 19.99, as most shops sell a 250g for 29.99.)
However we were 'desperate', and didn't want to drive out to richardson. So we settled for the price, and bought it, and the most upsetting about purchasing this shisha, is that it is NOT fresh. It is dark in color, and doesn't smell how it should, and taste stale/cooked. Which is a factor of keeping it in a warm/hot environment. (When buying a kilo, you learn how to keep your shisha fresh for as long as possible, and I have had this same effect many times, when I leave the container to close to the stove, when heating coals.)
