This place was a 5 star until recently I purchased a vape mod from them,It was 30% off so I thought hey that's a good deal. The box was open, so didnt think much of it. Got home, and it didnt work. Now to think of it, they probably knew it didnt work because it was discounted and they were probably happy it just got out the door. So I head back the very next day, and they said ohh theres nothing they can do except sell me one at a discounted price. It's no refunds on any mod, I would have to go through the manufacturer's warranty. I was like uhhh, but I literally purchased it the day before and yall are saying theres nothing yall can do, except sell me another one at a discounted price. I just bought this one at a discounted price and they expect me to purchase another one at a discounted price. So if the new one didnt work, Im just going to be stuck with another one that "supposely" they cant do nothing about. So my advice, DONT ever purchase any mods from them. They will give you the run around talking about theres nothing they can do. I even asked if they could just exchange it for me and they deal with the manufacturer's warranty since literally I purchased it the day before but nope, all they said was well we can sell you another one at a discounted price.

I've been shopping at the Peace Cloud for about a year and a half, and have never been disappointed by their merchandise or staff.
The store always has at least one solid, friendly, and accommodating storekeeper behind the counters. Sometimes they're a bit slammed, but even then, I've had no problem with my purchases.
I'd recommend that anyone new look for either Kerbi, Emily, or Ashley. These three ladies have helped make sure that I turn out fine every time I've come in, and are always very personable with me and other customers I've seen come in.
I personally like to stick to CBD products, and the staff is always happy to talk with me until I make my pick. They sometimes even have recommendations ready!

The staff are super nice, the store is organized, and they have a wide selection of products but everytime I come here I get a disposable that doesn't work or taste burnt. They told me to start trying the disposables before leaving so I did and it was burnt :/ I asked to exchange it and they said they couldn't exchange it because it still works??? I come here because it's convenient but at this point I'm going to take my business elsewhere because I keep on getting disappointed. Not to mention they're way over priced.

Peace Cloud is an amazing shop I just discovered about a month ago. The whole crew are really knowledgeable but Emily & Kerbey make my day when they’re working. Inventory and selection are top notch and I see something different every time I check out their glass. Delta 8, CBD, Kratom and everything else you might need. Check them out, definitely.
