I just want to say that all tho this place is small,they are by far the best. They treat me and my wife with extreme respect and I thank them for it. They are not snobs or know it all's. They listen and acknowledge your thoughts and ideas. I recently bought a bottle of e-juice and got a 12 nic instead of a 6. They offered to drive all the way to my town which was 60 miles away just to correct the problem I mean who does that? I told them they didn't have to do that, so me and the wife drove all the way back to Midland the next day just to return the item and to thank them. Well they gave me a free bottle of 0 nic to mix with the 12 to make it a 6. Then I told them to give me another bottle so I could mix it some more.He gave it to me for a reduced price and also gave me another bottle of juice just to apologize for the inconvenience. These guys go waaay above and beyond what a company has to.. Anytime I'm in Midland I will be stopping by. TY guys for the way you treated us. You have a customer for life..TY so much.

Cloud city vape shop is definitely worth going to and always has been. Just because a specific person isn't there anymore does not mean the shop changes.
