Staff is so amazing & experts on all their merchandise & give wonderful suggestions for the flavors you describe to them you like! Sam is the best to go to & will even throw in some suggestions that have never steered us wrong or disappointed! Great atmosphere & recommend every chance we get to anyone looking to get some juice. Also it's great that if they don't have the amount of nicotine you're looking for (like a 3mg for us) they actually will take a 0mg & add nicotine to give exactly what we always look for!! And make custom blends of their own which are amazing!!

I live in Tulsa and was in town on business when I dropped my e-cig and didn’t know if it was the tank or the mod that broke. Kaylee checked all my connections and made sure my tank was truly broken before showing me cloud city’s great selection of new tanks. She then showed me how to set up the new tank. What great service!!

Great place! Honest people. They could’ve sold me a new tank and mod, but they inspected my tank for me and tested it. They reassured me it wasn’t damaged then proceeded to take the time to match me with a great mod. Will definitely be back
