Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They can answer almost any question you have. Huge selection with basically every variety of a product you may be looking for.

I brought the wrong vape and opened it up in the store and realized it was the wrong one. I needed the rechargeable one. I went to the gentlemen and he said no refunds no returns no exchanges. Even with the box like this. So I ended up having to buy 2 vapes. Do not go to this place. They’ll scam you.

Both of the younger guys are awesome, have given great suggestions multiple times and everything is reasonably priced. My main and only problem is the rude manager they have. It’s the lady who’s usually there at night. She needs customer service training to be more friendly with customers. I almost walked out the other night, why spend my money in a place where I can’t receive good customer service. A very rude leave me alone, annoyed and bothered by any question attitude. Please help her out, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

2 year update. Same store same peeps. In my opinion too much product on the shelves. I have grown concerned over the quality of all the stuff being dumped in the market these days but I have never felt dupped here.

Came in on Sunday August 21st right before closing time. Was told by a caucasian employee to take off my mask and when I told them I’ve came in many times and have never been told that, he said it’s because they recently got “robbed”. I told him I’m not taking it off because it’s for my health and safety. Very stereotypical and odd thing to assume someone wearing a mask these days is doing so just to commit a crime. Last time coming to this store.
