This place is great, the selection is unmatched. The amount of options you have for everything is wild! And the staff, the fella that's always there when I go (just went today @ around 4:30 ish) he is really approachable and very knowledgeable about the products. Talked with him for about 30 minutes about products pro cons and what to expect.

Great selection however, once I purchased the vape and tired it. The vape tasted burnt, I asked about exchanging it the cashier told me no, so I had to waste money because the vape was defective. I will not be returning. I wish I could take the one star back as well!!!

love this place. in and out super fast. the guys that work here are great. the lady who is up there 1/3 of the time however is ALWAYS rude to me. i dread the next two minutes of my life when i walk in and i see she is working. the first time i gave her a chance because people have their bad days. but after the second third and fourth..etc and after coming in today and her being nothing but rude with a tone the second she saw my face was enough. i’ve seen multiple other people say things in the reviews about her being rude. i don’t get what the point is of being rude. you’re there to work if i’m there shopping or not. like i’m wasting her time. she slammed the drawer so hard it moved when i gave my payment. i was paying with cash and my card which really upset her. i only needed maybe a spare 20 seconds of her time. she was instantly more hostile with her voice and her gestures when i told her i was doing cash and card payment. (march 4th a little after 5) i hope you’ll look back and watch
there is no need to be so ugly. she has made it very clear that she doesn’t like me shopping there so i’ll make it clear to spend my money somewhere else. not that she will care but the owner of this shop should seriously care about what multiple people have said about the same employee and get rid of her. who knows how many other people she’s being rude to that she’s scaring off and don’t say anything. as i was leaving she asked the lady behind me very rudely “do you have your id?” in the most passive aggressive rude way. don’t say hi or anything first?? she just seems instantly bothered. id love to continue shopping here but that won’t happen till she is GONE!!
customer service is the #1 thing that keeps people coming back into your door. there is plenty of other places to go in a big city and this is not the one unless you want to feel like a trash person after you leave.

i also can’t help to wonder if she thinks i am underage. i have a out of state id and look very young for my age. maybe that’s why she is rude she thinks i am “fooling” her. besides the point. id love to keep going here and sad after almost four months i will go somewhere else for the things i am trying to buy but i am tired of having to come here wondering if i’m going to get belittled or not when i come into the door. and if you are reading this i hope you become less bitter. i was never rude to you and i don’t see why you’d waste your energy to be so rude to me like i’m always holding you up.
