I LOVE this place!!!!! I bought my first hooka here and it's absolutely beautiful! Nikki and her husband were so helpful with teaching me how to properly take care of my new hooka. They took their time and explained all the accessories and even packed the first bowl up for me! Anytime I come in they are happy too explain or go over any questions I have about products. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows!

Thank God I found this place. I wont waste my time with any other vapeshops. Hot box has all I need, Adi is very knowledgeable very helpful and a great guy,on top of that he delivers whatever I need right to my house always bring options for me to choose from and backups in case things don't work properly. Hotbox is the best..

BEST shop hands down. Don’t even try to go anywhere else. Best quality, prices, and staff. Nikki is ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I drive 25 minutes on way just to go here. They also DELIVER if you live close by! I’m impressed!

The owner (I think) has been real pleasant and helpful. I went up there and told him I really didn't know much at all about delta 8 and similar products. He showed me the different options and I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of me by selling me stuff I didn't need. He asks his customer to puff it before they leave (to ensure product works like it should) witch to me shows he cares. It benefits himself and his customers and it keeps everyone happy. Witch is great
Other similar shops are sometimes sketchy. At other shops I've felt like they just wanted me to give them money and leave and often try to sell you stuff you don't really need. The guy here is great, seems like he truly cares and is passionate about his products.
I definatly recommend this place. I use this shop for Delta 8 and related products, I can't not speak on other products because I have not used them. But if I were to use other products i would be happy to try them here

One of the best vape shops I've visited. Family owned. Super friendly staff, they even helped me with an issue I had on a vape I didn't buy from them. Very very clean, spacious, and an absolutely solid selection. They're on my drive home I will absolutely be returning to this store
