Bethany Jean is THE BEST! She went above and beyond during my pop-in on Cleveland and I will definitely be back! Knowledgeable, professional, she has an obvious care for service that is not forced, but genuine. Such a HUGE wave of relief.. bc I'm a little okay a lot tired of millenials in customer service at sooo many vape stores locally. Look. I simply cannot abide anyone for example who drinks iced tea in public out of a Mason jar made out plastic. I mean... COME ON! Glass guys the glass... 😒 annnd you missed the entire point. Oh. Also, I can't take your ZZ Top - beards seriously sorry. Maybe because you guys groom them more than a gold ribbon Best-In-Show poodle and stop weathering all wood. It looks rotted.

This place is a head shop with some vape juice. The staff had no idea what they are talking about when it comes to vaping anf they didn't even habe a very common type of coil. But if you're looking for a bong they got you.
