This Cloud 9 location is the best place to get anything you need in regards to smoking. Barbara helped me get something I couldn’t find anywhere else in town, and was very nice to talk to. She is a person that I hope to see when I walk in the door, she always brings a smile to my face. She’s the sister I never had, the mother I always wanted. Buyer Beware. I was sold a used mod and tank that was warranted as new. There are no posted signs indicating all sales are final, nothing printed on the receipt to that effect. The unit does not charge batteries properly, the screen glitches, and the tank leaks slowly. When I took it back, I was told I could exchange it for another selection of equal or lesser value but could not get a refund. In addition, I never got a straight answer whether or not I'd receive back the difference in price for an order of lesser value. (the new plan was to use an old, dependable mod I already had with a new tank) The clerk on duty called the owner who seemed to show no real interest in retaining a would-be loyal customer. I did not bring my batteries and the store had none on hand to test the unit against my claims. In the end, I was told I had seen the item in the condition it was and though I had asked specifically whether the item in question was a return or used and told at the time of sale, that it was new, tough luck. I was told to come back next "Thursday" to speak with the owner.
So to sum this experience up, I was defrauded and then told to wait almost week for any potential satisfactory resolution. Unless you want to buy it twice, I do not recommend Cloud 9 Smoke & Vape Shop on 376 N. Cleveland in Memphis, Tennessee.

No complaints I've been a regular for a while and the staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything they sell they have a great selection of water pipes and glass pieces as well as a wide selection of vapes and vape fluids they also sell cool posters and a nice selection of incense if you haven't already been in here yet highly recommend to check them out!
