I just moved to the area and this is already my favorite spot for all my tabacco/smoke needs. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. I personally love the HUGE selection of King Palm products they have and ELFBAR vapes. The prices are fair, the selection is great, staff is awesome. I will keep coming back and bringing all my friends.

I have to brag on my guy Ahmed. The man is very knowledgeable, kind and even memorizes what I buy so when I’m walking through the door he already has what I came to buy. That’s exactly how you keep customers coming. If he’s not already a manager I would definitely keep him around as a future manager. Awesome service and prices.

The store is great all around great selection. The staffers very attentive to customers' needs and all around its a store where it's truly like a true vape shop in my view. Other vap shops try to make their stores all classy and like a hang out spot bu 540 focuses on product variety which is more important to me. I personally like to have options

If I'm not getting my vape online I'm shopping here. They have the best prices on juice around and offer free juice rewards after a certain amount of purchases. They have a good return policy (I'd open and smoked some juice before realizing it had no nicotine level.. they didn't ask me any questions, they gave me another bottle for free when I brought it back)The best part are their business hours. They aren't closing right after I get off of work, but after 9pm. It drives me crazy dealing with a shop that closes before 9pm but these guys are open when nearly no one else is. Many people have mentioned it but the owner and workers are good people. Been with these guys over a year now and it couldn't have been better.

Unbelievable. I finally get back into town after a long road trip and made the mistake of coming to 540. I seemed to have forgotten that there are a big group of juveniles that lounge around in the store (seemingly around the clock) that laugh and joke about customers to each-other in their native language. It's really uncomfortable and the people that work there literally come up with inflated prices off the top of their head.. I don't understand why anyone would come here.

My friend wanted to try 540 Smoke and Vape because it was near his house, and we had never been. I struggle with social anxiety, so I will always read reviews of a place before going to try to avoid any possible panic attacks. I will, however, read the reviews with an open mind. There was a review on this place where the lady did not have a good experience and the owner responded in an accusatory tone that she was not providing a real review. That rubbed me the wrong way, however, I wanted to go in there with an open mind, and give him the benefit of the doubt especially since my friend and I had a goal to spend money that day.

Upon entering, the shop dazzled. It looked so interesting. There were so many things to see, like a candy store for adults. I was excited to stay and look around. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

I told the person behind the counter we were new and needed help. He pointed to a chart on the counter, and that's it. He responded that he was the owner. After waiting a few minutes trying to read the chart and realizing I simply was not comprehending, between that and the owner not offering to help or answer any questions, and no one else was in the store. It was simply awkward. 2 ☆☆ (at least he pointed to a chart) .

We left and drove 20 min down the road to Mr. Tobacco and Vapor, in which I also left a review. We proceeded to spend over $200 and they gained new patrons.

To the owner, your shop looked amazing 👏. In my personal experience, customer service is not your best feature. I believe if you hire someone who possesses that customer service attitude your ratings will go up. You obviously have a passion for your shop shown in the amazing variety of products, you might want to add a tool to your toolbox.

Best vape shop in the area. Super friendly and helpful. Great selection of all smoke & vape implements and accessories. It's the only shop I go to anymore, and there's about 6 of them within 5-10min of my house, so that's really saying something.

Prices are on the high end, employees are generally either out of it or do not speak English very well. I haven't been able to figure out which. Clean store.
