I have been coming to mrytle beach for years, in and out of different vape shops, and this one, by far, surpasses any other! The associate Eric is always so friendly and helpful, knows his stuff and always helps me find exactly what I need when I come in. I will not be taking business anywhere other than Cloud 9, and I'll be telling all.my friends the same, ask for Eric!

I've been vaping since before vape stores even existed. I needed my old school blend of 70pg / 30vg ratio menthol juice. Explained this clearly over the phone and repeated it 4 times asking for confirmation. Was so excited when they said they had it! Drove 30 minutes each way. When I got there they said they only had the standard 50/50 and 30/70 blends. Excuse was the guy was new? What a joke! Thank you for completely wasting an hour of my life because your employees couldn't be responsible enough to listen to their customers.
