Such a great experience! I've come in for CBD oils, which has actually lasted a long time (the Gelato is amazing!) as well as I just came in and got a vape with some juice. Brad and his employee both were great about explaining the process to me. Brad asked me some questions to help figure out which would be best for me as well as what my issues have been in the past with me vaping. I've always had an issue with breathing and coughing every time I hit a vape. Brad really helped the whole experience be seamless and informative! If you're questioning switching from cigarettes to vape and don't know where to go, go to Essential Vapors and ask for Brad. You will not regret it!

The best vape shop I have been to in Lexington. Brad is very helpful and he cares about his customers. He has a big selection of juice. There was a particular juice I was looking for that he didnt have, but he ordered it for me and had it in quickly. Great customer service. I go out of my way to stop here. I been to many vape shops around town and they arent as friendly as this store.

Let me start out by saying I have been a vaper for a few years on and off. And you always walk into other shops that are trashy and customer service is terrible. That is not the case with essential vapors. It is a extremely clean and organized shop. And customer service is amazing. Brad aims high to please his customers. The prices are the best in town. And I will alway recommend essential vapors to all my friends, family or any other vapors out there.

This shop is by far my favorite place to stop by. Nice clean shop with a relaxed atmosphere. Not to mention every time I come in there's a new flavor to try! I reccomend Sweater Puppets and Peewee Kiwi by Humble. Also the Dreamery line is by far a favorite. This shop is the place to visit if you vape. Customer service is always welcoming and informative!

I visited the shop today to buy a CBD pen and it was a really good experience. I basically know next to nothing about vaping but wanted to try cbd because of some health issues. Brad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and explained all of my options without making me feel silly! I forgot to mention that he was on a phone call ordering products and when I walked in, he completely ended his call to give me his undivided attention. Another layer of great customer service.
