I was referred to this shop when I went looking for a very specific entertainment item (Vapor style pen to blow smoke bubbles.) The owner at the store not only took the time to help me locate the item online but also educated me on the type of juice available to achieve the desired effect I wanted on stage. Note: There was no sale in this for the store but the amount of quality info I received that helped me on my search went above and beyond. Both owner and assistant took the time to help me even though I wasn't going to be a sale. I was impressed! This type of customer care is rare. If you are looking for a shop that knows what they are doing, has quality items, and is honestly there to help you, I'd recommend Essential Vapors every time.

BEST vape store around! I have never gotten anything less than exceptional customer service here. Even on Christmas day, my husband called and although the store was closed Brad told him to come on in anyways and get what he needed. Brad goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and he always tries to fix what’s broken first without question. I never feel like I’m being pressured to buy anything and he’s always more than happy to help with anything you need! GO SEE THEM!!
