One of the people there gave me the wrong size coils for my Novo vape. When I went to return them the next day after realizing it, it was explained to me that as soon as a purchased item leaves the store there is no returns. So I literally paid for an employee’s lack of knowledge and attention to detail. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but it’s pretty ridiculous.
