Didn’t have enough knowledge of the products they sold me. First, they sold me a vape battery without informing me that the charger needed to be purchased separately. When I tried to exchange the charger that they said would be compatible with my vape battery (because it didn’t fit) they declined to do so because I didn’t have a receipt. They also could not look up the purchase history or accommodate the issue that was their initial fault.

For people inside working and no one could say hi how are you doing can I help you anything but hold their own private conversations as I keep looking for something after I find it it’s at least 3 to 4 dollars overpriced because Columbia vapes just closed around the block. Why would you treat a loyal customer so bad. Deuces
