Thanks for the response. My conversation went I bought this battery at this time yesterday, it was this color and I have transaction proof. The response was “we don’t do exchanges. I can maybe give you a discount on a new one.” So you want me to buy another broken one? I said well that’s kind of ridiculous maybe I should take my business elsewhere. The response was “ok” click, hung up on me. I understand you probably have people scamming you but I’ve spent hundreds here and have never had a problem. Didn’t feel like my request was ridiculous but your responses are.

By far the best place to get vape abd smoke products accessories etc.. huge selection of various candles, incense, vape juice or pods and excellent prices. The best part of the store are the owner…absolute gems who are so helpful and friendly.

Their products are faulty and they have their “no exchange or return policy” to hide behind to try to keep all the money they can. Never coming here again. I hit my cartridge once before the metal piece fell off and stopped hitting. Used to buy stuff weekly. Their not the only shop in town.

Best selection and dopest cashiers around

They used to be really good. Now they aren't. They never have stock on the fluid for my ecig and ever since they hired this little boy that works Tuesdays I cringe having to deal with him. He's rude, I've seen him swear at paying customers and the last time I was in there and they didn't have my juice. His response was and I quote "I don't know what to tell you" I will be limiting my purchases there. They aren't the only vape shop in town.

They keep selling me the wrong coils for my vaporizer and insisting they are the right ones. I have dropped at least 30 dollars in bad cold. Workers are nice beyond lack of knowledge of their products. I did buy my vaporizer here too.

Worst place I’ve ever been rude and all of there stuff is junk it’s broken or doesn’t work and when you go back to the store less than 2 hrs they say no returns and they don’t know what there stuff does or what it’s for and then say there going to give you discount and then don’t and act like you’re robbing them or something they don’t want to answer questions or anything lmfao this is what’s wrong with this country place like this and people not wanting to help just trying to screw everyone
