I have been visiting this shop prior to it being bought by Empire. Up until today I have not had an issue. I have made many purchases before and came in today to purchase something I have previously. Prior to coming in to make my purchase I asked the price of the item in a message. I go to the store after waiting patiently and to my surprise I am told my item was $10 more then I was quoted. I tell them I was quoted a different cost and the gentleman brushed me off and made it seem like his price change and what I was quoted were no biggie. With that being said, I have a concern now as to if my business is worth traveling to them. As a customer of over 4+ years, it is disheartening to feel taken advantage of so quickly in front of other customers.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. From the moment I walked in this store, I knew I was home. I received customer service that went above and beyond (homie hooked it up with a free charger) and I fully plan on this being the only establishment that I ever visit to meet my vaping needs. 10/10 recommend for life.

I have been to hundreds of vape stores across the country. None of them have the customer service or the product quality that Empire Vapes & Tobacco have. Glenn, Doug, Connor and the owner Chris greet their clients by their first name and have tremendous communication skills. I’m glad to say that I have found my favorite vape shop that I can consistently go to and feel safe. Also their prices are amazing compared to the other places in P.A.

I have been going to empire vapes and tobacco in Levittown now for well over a year. The service there is incredible everyone is supper friendly from the owner to the employees it’s a great shop. They have hundreds and hundreds of different vapes and tons of incredible deals on the highest quality pieces. I normally go in for a vape and find myself in there for a half hour at a time just looking around. Also to end this the employees are amazing all of them I’ve made good friends with most of them it’s a great conversation every time I am there. Find myself in there for awhile at a time just talking to the guys. Great place and a great experience all the time more companies should be ran as empire vapes and Tobacco is ran!!!!
