I have been a customer of Chris at the Empire in Buckingham for years. I have gotten a chance to get out to the new location a couple of times and its just beautiful inside with all the glass. 9/10 they have some ridiculous deal running on some item in the shop as well as the best prices of even without the discounts. I will admit, if you they come to like you they’ll work out incredible prices or even send you away with a little gift. This place is amazing and Chris is a great guy! Got this piece of glass for the low last time I was in there.

These guys without a doubt set the gold standard for customer service, and quality on their glass. I had an issue with a piece that I purchased and without hesitation they replaced it with a brand new one free of charge. Best quality glass for the price

Chris and his team are the epitome of community people. I first went to the shop on a recommendation as I was looking to replace the convenience store vapes I was using. After my 1st purchase there I knew I wanted to make this place my go to. I continue to go back for the real, consistent products they stock as well as the home like atmosphere. When you walk in, you are family and it is always that way from the 1st time to the 100th+ time. I drive passed multiple stores where I can purchase my vapes and I still choose to take the extra time to go see Chris and his team. Keep up the good work guys and I will keep recommending you to everyone I see! When I first noticed this shop I was real excited, it’s in my way home from work! Perfect spot! Prices are very reasonable, glass selection is amazing! And the workers are always so nice and caring. Glen took the time to listen to what my boyfriend and I were looking for in a glass piece and even ordered it for us! Easily my favorite smoke shop! Keep doing what you guys do! By far the best glass shop i've been to. Everything is great quality and price. The guys working there are friendly and make shopping there a very pleasant experience. The shop doesn't make you feel like you're in a glass shop. It's clean, and organized, if they don't have it, chances are no one does. Product turns over so fast so there is always something new. Don't bother going anywhere else.

They are great! They have everything you need! & if by some chance they don’t… they get it for you. True professionals!! It’s way to long for me to write on a review… but the reason Chris acquired that location just goes to prove his great nature. I suggest you go there just to hear it & I know it’s 100% accurate.

I drive by at least 5 tobacco shops to get to this one. Customer service is on point and always happy to see someone walking in It's not just what do you want. The 1st piece I got from here is about 2 years old now and still going strong. They do have amazing glass if that's what your looking for.

Ive spent probably $1k at empire, an I’ve had an amazing experience Every-time I have stopped by. All the employees are super friendly and very quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend stopping by for your daily needs! A+
