Way overpriced on all their products I will give it to them as far as customer service, the a few times I've been in there they have always been polite and helpful.
Lost In Time
Came back after an awful experience, the guy was very nice, gave us good deals and even threw in a pack of smokes for free for us. He was very kind and knew a lot about the glass he was selling. I'd come back again.

Not the nicest workers, walked into the shop and was greeted with "what do you want" . Maybe wasn't the guys best day but definitely not going back. Use to be a great place before they switched everything up .

They were not in the shop, left a sign saying " be back in 4min 20sec" Obnoxious, how long ago did you put the sign up? Will you actually be back on time? Your sign basically tells me youre closed until an unknown time, so I should just leave.
Maybe get a sign that tells me when you'll be back? Respect your customers time a little more.

Came a half an hour after they were supposed to open and the shop is still locked up. Have a feeling from the other comments that someone doesnt know how to run a business. Sucks for them to cause I was coming to buy a 200 dollar vape pen.

This place used to be my go-to for Kratom. They charged 10/oz which is a great retail price. However, without any notice, they raised the price by 50%, which puts it at $15/oz. I’m no longer going to shop there for kratom. The two clerks that work at the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. However, their kratom knowledge leaves much to be desired. In terms of quality, the kratom is not worth $15. I try to support local vendors, but they’re other shops that charge less for better quality.
404 Error
I bought an E-nail for over 350$. It doesn't work. It didn't come with directions and the staff can't tell me the brand or how to work it. I've been in the shop for over an hour, waiting for an employee who is late, to show me how to work this thing. They refuse to give me a refund even though I've been waiting for an hour and the thing has never worked. I'd rather pay a few more bucks for customer service. Thanks for robbing me

The shop is great they have a large supply of solid glass and Raven glass local and affordable stop by check it out it's amazing employees are super helpful and know their stuff they also have a great supply of Kratom and other great products if you haven't been here you should really stop by best prices I seen
