The owners are an absolute joke. The kids running the place try their best but the owners are completely absent of any doings around the shop. Also, they pay $7.50 for an elf bar and turn around and sell it for $35.

Sure you can buy most of the stuff online, but the friendly service is what brings me back each time. They tend to run a little low on e-juice from time to time, but there willingness to help and friendlyness is what keeps you coming back for more.

I went here as a convenient place to buy CBD oil in a pinch, and was really impressed by the quality selection and prices of everything. The staff has always been great, too; they've always been personable, prompt, and more helpful than most people in any kind of store. It's the kind of place that feels like the staff is a family. I'll definitely be going back for most of my CBD oil.

Would rate it 1 star but the sales person i originally worked with was a delight. He admitted that he didn't know a thing about replacement parts for vapes, yet he was willing to help me as best he could.
Tyler, on the other hand, couldn't be bothered to answer a question and was snarky and rude. Shame on you, tyler. Maybe you should consider another line of work if you hate the people support your business and who just want to give you their hard earned money.
You lost my business today, after many years of patronage. And i am likely going to tell my story every chance i get, to whoever will listen. So thanks for the customer appreciation, and Good luck in the future. You're gonna need it.

The sales rep was absolutely incredible! We were out of town from Colorado and he was more than welcoming! He was entertaining, kind, and an all around awesome dude! Has great local glass, dope pieces all around, and great quality! Definitely recommend.

This place is great. The first time I went there, I couldn't make up my mind which pipe I wanted. The guy was so patient...he had at least a dozen pipes on the counter that I was comparing, and I only bought one. I regularly bought kratom there, and spent time on Saturdays talking with the guy who worked there weekends. When I visit Portland again next month, I'll be stopping in at Smoke It Up for a new pipe...broke my favorite.

So let me start by saying that I used to work here back when it was owned by Myron before he passed away,, back then it was called Up In Smoke. Back then the shop was THE place to go. I've been in there a couple of times since then and frankly I'm dissapointed. The atmosphere is dead and the quality of service, less than acceptable. I won't spend money there,. And everyone I've talked to about the shop has said the same thing, employees were rude and didn't feel welcomed. Im not trying to talk down on the shop I'm just stating factual information from my prospective. It is what it is and I hope this post either helps them change the way they do things, or at the very least it'll give people an idea of what to expect if they choose to go there.
