I purchased a battery here last week, and it suddenly stopped working a few days later. When I brought it back to the store, I was told they would do nothing about it, and I needed to call the company that made the battery. Don't purchase products from them: they cannot even guarantee their merchandise FOR ONE WEEK!!! Take your money to a company that actually values your business. I know I will.

Called to see if they had coils. Asked if they had 3 pks cause I was shopping for 2 people and denied me picking up that much cause they are so scarce this is ridiculous this is not no necessities like toilet paper or meat. I have only shopped here once months ago I will never go back. And I have a medical card could have gotten some decent business from me.

DONT GO HERE!!! They overcharge compared to other vape shops and the owner will change the price every time and try to charge you a lot , you can get the same juices at other shops for way cheaper! Definitely not going back anymore

The BEST headshop in Tulsa! All the 5* reviews are saying basically everything I wanted to say: Alex provides an incredibly friendly and positive atmosphere for everybody who walks in. He doesn’t simply stand behind the counter and wait for you to ask for something, he interacts and genuinely wants to get everything perfect! I’d like to add that he orders the best CBD products on the market (gummies, oils, vape liquids) and will order whatever your heart desires if you just explain your needs. No to mention he’ll set up your vape, fill up your liquid, troubleshoot any issues you’re having with your current mod and ensure everything’s working correctly before you walk out the store! This is one of the best reasons to go here versus gambling at other similar shops. Anyone who needs to start small can learn the pros and cons of each product and make the best selection instead of spending too much and hoping for the best. There’s absolutely NO pressure to just make the sale like I had previously experienced at Staxxx BA (seriously don’t even bother, they have the worst customer service/management EVER) but after I explained my difficult experience over there, Alex decided to knock a few bucks off the total which gave me incentive to go back and give these guys my repeat business. You don’t need to waste any time going anywhere else, it’s right at 91st and Elm!
