I bought two batteries that I couldn't get to work, so I brought the batteries back and two guys up front helped me figure out that it was my specific type of cart causing a short. They were very honest and told me to talk to the company that sold me the cart in the first place. The cart still worked in an old battery I had and they were nice enough to help me find a new battery that functioned similarly to the old one. That fixed the issue! So I was still able to use the product I already had. These guys are awesome!
