Pretty cool place of business. They always have new, creative stuff in the store and awesome sales. The staff is knowledgeable about all the products and helpful if they don't have what you're looking for in-store. Everyone has always treated me nicely even when I asked about a product I didn't know anything about.

I went to the shop with 2 friends. I have been there before and thought the store and staff great. We were approached by one of the staff who told us that we were not to use any words that were pot related. That the store had a three times rule and the person would be banned. Really? How were we to know this? We were told that we had used some words over 10 times and one more we would be banned. I can assure you that I and my friends will not be a problem because we will not be back.

I absolutely love everything about this store. The woman who helped me was named Heather and she knew everything about the stuff in the store. She helped me decide what vape I wanted. It was 30 dollars cheaper then mad vapes. The prices were awesome and Heather was able to explain everything to me that I needed to know. Best smoke shop i ever been to. A lot of other smoke shops i been to, I felt pressured to buy the most expensive things. This shop was fast, cheap, and very helpful. Thank God this store is in my town!

I usually go to High Life with no problems until yesterday. There was some miscommunication when I purchased a product from the girl at the counter ( who had an attitude). I left the store with the wrong product, but didn't realize it till I opened the box. I had only walked past the store and came right back in to exchange it.( less than a min.) I was informed that they couldn't exchange it due to store policy. The bottle was sealed so I couldn't tamper with it, but they still wouldn't exchange it or refund my $. Now I'm out $50 and stuck with a product that I don't use. Horrible store policy!
