Went in today and immediately was told to put a mask on. I told them I was already vaccinated.. They said I still had to have one.. I then asked if they had one and I would gladly put it on. I was the only person in the store other than the employees. She said they didn’t have a mask for me to wear... I was about to drop 200.00 in there for what I was going to purchase. So basically, all the time she had to talk to me about the mask, I could have made the transaction and been gone. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Best place to get my Kratom and vape juice! Andrew is my favorite guy in there! He's always really helpful, and recommends decent things when they are out of what I need. I would give this review more stars if i could. Andrew is the most helpful. He's also awesome person to have a conversation with while he's helping me. Been going to high life for about 4 years because of how well the service and products are there! I highly recommended this place! :)

Here is my experience: I recently purchased 2 Pharma CBD vape cartridges from High Life Smoke Shop. One cartridge had an issue with being unable to screw into my battery. I have used this battery with over 20 carts from different manufacturers (even one of the Pharma CBD carts fits).
I called the store immediately and spoke with Andrew (store manager) to let them know about my issue and to ask for a replacement next visit.
The manager Andrew was immediate to deny my request stating "we have a no return policy everywhere in the store", and continued to insinuate I was trying to scam them with changing the cart once I left the store or some other fable he came up with.
They will do nothing for you, shop here with the utmost care and test everything out before you think about giving them your money. There is another reputable shop 2 doors down, I'm sure they are probably much better. STAY AWAY!!!
