After buying an Evolve Yocan vaporizer a few months back from One Love, I went back 2 weeks ago to purchase a replacement center cylinder. It wasnt in stock, but One Love assured me it would be in a week, so I went back again and they sold me ($5bux) what looked like to be the replacement I needed. It wasn't, and after returning to the store, after their 5 day return policy?, they wouldn't refund me for the unused part, nor, would they give me credit for it....needless to say Ill be taking my biz elsewhere

Very neat, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The store personnel are quite helpful, alerting you to all sales and discounts. Extremely nice atmosphere. Clean and well lit interior. Extremely wide range of products that are very reasonably priced.

I love the store though some of the staff are a bit off putting, details later i n my review. Taylor and Shaqwill were very nice, but the other guy not so much, I asked to look at a blue stone crystal pipe and this no name guy came over and showed it to me, then I said to him my friends gets primo stuff and this would be perfect for her for a gift. He replied that all the merchandise was for TOBACCO USE,. WE es stupido si? I know that. I could have been speaking of primo tobacco. I was very disappointed and left the store!!!!
