Omg the guy working here the night i went was so kind! Very flashy store you can't miss it! I saw him help a 1st time vaper customer and explain to him EVERYTHING about owning that type of vape mod and showing him how to clean the coils and how to put in the filter.

He helped us by explaining there variety of juices the meaning of VG and PG and specific brands they carry.

Do not bother showing up at 10:00am when they say they open. On April 2nd, I was at the store from 9:45am - 10:15 and no one showed up to open the store. They have good prices and an okay selection, if their store is open. It also does not count (5 star ratings) when you review your own store.

I bought a Novo from them and in the matter of 2 weeks it stopped charging. My friend called them for me and talked to someone from the store saying to bring it in. the two guys working said I couldn’t exchange it even though I had the receipt. He told me it had to be 2-3 days after buying. Even though the man that sold me the vape said i could come back if their was any problems. I’m not happy at all. 55 dollars i’ll never get back.

I've been going to this tobacco shop for a few months now just because it is so close; however, I asked them for a specialty item that had to be ordered when I first started becoming a regular customer. After more than 2 months of jacking me around I've finally decided to order them myself. I gave them a chance and they kept giving me excuse after excuse. To top it off there are times that my alternative cigarettes are out of stock and they are just becoming more of a hassle then they're worth. Go next door to FL, it's basically the same price anyway.
