this store is cool, everyone who works there is always so nice & sweet.. today i sat and spoke with the last that works there, shes a bit older & we had a genuine conversation. shes caring and so sweet! just like anyone.. if you come in there with off energy, she’s stoop down to your level. & you can only respect that! she’s the reason i’m a returning customer .

Allison J. is forever smiling and laughing, making me feel right at home and have the knowledge for all my questions. She is amazing and this is the only store I get my items from. Really depends who is working. The main guy is awesome, always helpful and friendly. The woman who works there, well it depends on the day if she is nice or rude as hell for no reason. Prices change if you go in the evening. Only reliable place to get these products, but customer service needs work

Worse tobacco shop in the area, I’ve been to this location multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s no use I’ve came multiple times to see a sign that says “ be back in 5 mins” I thought maybe their busy so I decided to wait ended up leaving after 30 mins. This has happened multiple times. The last time I came I was told I couldn’t enter the store until the worker finished her cigarette as I’m waiting I notice she lets a different customer inside while she is outside smoking but she told me I couldn’t go In until she was in there, mind you I’ve been here before and showed her my id on multiple occasions, and sometimes she didn’t even ask me I told her I had taken a photo of my id and could I use that since I didn’t have my hard copy of it on me she refused even though I’ve showed her my id multiple times even when she didnt ask but since I was interrupting her cigarette she told me she wouldn’t be able to sell to me, this isn’t my first incident with her she is extremely moody lazy and shouldn’t be working customer service

I have used this facility every 8 to 10 days buying cartons each time since it opened and was always happy with the service, until now! The lady who I now see is just rude and should not be customer facing employee. My last visit this week will be my last

Cashier was rude. Went in to browse their disposables and upon entering the girl greeted and asked if she could help, let her know I was just looking but thanks and she proceeds to rudely say “well I guess I’ll just stand here” after rolling her eyes. No need for the comment if I need help I’ll ask. Won’t be visiting again.

Terrible customer service. I have been a frequent shopper since moving to Cary a couple of years ago and the customer service has gotten terrible. Last week I purchased 5 vapes and yesterday when I opened one of them, vape juice was everywhere. I took it back to the store to simply exchange it and was told I had to come back when the guy was at work on Monday that sold me all my vapes...What in the world. I told him I will be out of town for school until Thursday and he was like oh well.....Clearly he saw the exact same product I was pointing to and I just wanted to exchange it. I spend $$$ at this store and shouldn't have to get the run around to get a working product. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great selection, iffy service. The night clerk kills vibes regularly. He does not know about all products nor pretends to care about customers needs or questions. Seems like he just shows up to collect a check and does not respresent the owner well. If you are reading this, find a new job or a new reason to smile. People come to you for relief, not bad energy.

It has the best collection for anything that relates to smoking. I bought a Vape from them and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured into buying anything. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They are now my go to store for buying Hookah and Vape equipment.
