Spent 120 bucks on absolutely nothing. I bought my brother a vape from here for Christmas and it doesn't work at all. Talk about embarrassing! Here's a gift that doesn't work. I called them and you cannot return anything once it has left the store. From looks of these reviews looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere.

Tried to get cigarettes in the drive thru. I was refused service because my daughter was my passenger and didn't have ID. I said they aren't for her. Or for me for that matter but I'm certainly old enough. Nope. Not doing any business there again. So much for convenient.

I go in there twice have spent over a grand with them. A friend of mine walked over with me today and we were asked for ID which is fine the first time this was ever done after years of going there. He wasn't purchasing and didn't have his ID and had to leave. I went to make a tobacco purchase and was refused because he walked in with me. Both clearly over 25 we're 32. She said I can't my boss is right here. I said that's funny I see your boss every week and this has never happened once. So I got screwed because out of the 3 to 4 years they decided they want to to there job the right way. And I didn't see the manager ask the people she was for ID on top of it

Disappointed by ban of flavored vape products, only to tobaccoe flavored vapes available now, might as well ban them all, I can see a lot of people going back to smoking cigarettes, it's cheaper, just sad gotta suffer this one out, nothing against the store or employees they are 5 star but, the ban😑

Some cool stuff. I think drive thru cigarette sales do way more than head shop stuff. Other shops around the area are much better stocked

Spent $150.00+ on a gpen that didn't charge out of the box. Asked for a exchange for one that would charge to get a run-around. Not happy I'm out 150+and it took me 4 weeks to save for this. One unhappy customer.

I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Smokers Choice in Yorkville, NY is the Most Convenient place for me to purchase my cigarettes as they have a Drive-Thru Window! I definitely frequent this Smokers Choice because of their convenience, large selection of products, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Not a very good place when I worked there a couple years ago michele was a real piece of work and when I tried to handle it professionally and talk to her she yelled at me so I went up the chain to the district manager and she yelled at me and then corporate didn't want to hear anything about it so I quit and now I'm making more money then both of them so that was the only good experience making me look for something better

Some of the products can be a little pricey but there really isn’t a better Smoke shop in the central New York area. Super friendly staff and a convenient drive-through really elevate this place!
