Horrible staff! I went there with a friend. Asked the man to see a piece he opened the glass and handed it to me where I handed it to a friend to see. She acted as if she was using it as the man was observing as if waiting for this to happen where he rudely said you have to buy that now. The female manager picked up the phone and said she would call the cops if I don’t buy it. Not like it was in my hands anymore they held on to it. Wouldn’t be stealing she wouldn’t let me leave without paying or cops!! They are that desperate for a sale? Forced to buy something after sale I had to ask them to wrap it and they had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. He could have said something when he handed it to me or when they were watching! I saw a sign on the glass afterwards but your attention is behind the glass! Employees are rude and incapable of handling any situation.

I believe his name was Scott and was the assistant manager. Kid needs to learn how to have interactions with people as customers. Came off rude. I noticed all the glass by the counters to block contact and just said joking I hear Wednesday the mask mandate might be removed. His comment was this is my place of work and I find it inappropriate and walked away.
Maybe a little more time training how to be friendly with people wouldn't hurt.

The manager is super helpful and kind. Despite working alone, he took the time to help us while working the drive thru window as well. Really give props to the level of customer care under such understaffed circumstances.

Always here for something. Good store for your basic and emergency needs. If you want to really splurge on glass there are places with higher end selections, there's isn't bad.

Where do I begin...The staff is terrible, they know nothing about glass & there not very nice to customer's. I went in & I noticed two knock off version of a Hitman Dabuccino, two different sizes but both marked at 89.99! Then I asked the sales staff, they had no idea.. So they said they will call " corporate" lol which did nothing, there the one's ripping everybody off. After the sales rep realized they had no idea what they were selling, they got very irate & threaten me to leave or they'll call the cops. Unreal Experience horrible people, Place is a scam.
