I bought a vape pen, in 2 days it burned my lip and tongue with give crackling sounds i tried to rewritten it they refused! A week later the pen cought on fire! I will now go to e cloud they are super nice and knowledgeable!

I love this little shop! Everyone is so nice. I’m completely new to the world of vaping. But, Tim was able to answer all the questions I had and suggested the perfect products for me! So happy with my purchase! I will be back!

Quality of products and prices are decent. I use to shop between this location and the menaul location and it seems the staff has less knowledge about products at this location. I get completely different answers when I ask the same questions and generally it feels like I’m being BS’d when I shop here. Most of the time issues are blamed on factory defects yet no compromise is made when I bring up these issues. Customer service is lacking.

I originally gave this store 5 stars because the service and juice was great. After not visiting for two months, I visited today and found both the employees there were new hires I hadn't seen before. This might be nitpicking, but when I visited before they let me smell the open juice bottle to get an idea of what it tastes like. When I visited this time, they stuck a dripper in the bottle and handed me the dripper which made it difficult to smell the juice.

Overall, I'd say this store is worth visiting because there's a lot of variety and the prices are good. Just wish there wasn't such a high turnover rate.

A bit unreliable service, just depends on who's working. Had two customers come and go before my order was completed and only because the worker couldn't open a bottle and neither of his co-workers helped out. Did get a lady that was very kind and helpful another time. Be prepared to wait. Paseo is better for that than Menual though.

I love this place. They have really good prices and sales, knowledgeable staff, and good flavors. The only bummer is they move the staff between locations, but on the upside you get to know all new people every few months.

I have used this location of Oasis Vape for approximately a year-and-a-half and up until this last 2 months I had great customer service and their products were good and they were all educated on how to use them and the juice was fantastic. However my last couple of visits to Oasis were less than stellar. I had to purchase a new vaporizer and batteries. There was something wrong with it when I had put it all together and tried using it it started smoking and smelling like fire. I went back and spoke to what I think was the manager who was who I purchased it from in the beginning. She got very irritated and upset and argued with me and did not want to exchange it for a new one. She was speaking to me rudely and loudly to the point where other customers were staring. I was so disappointed by the situation I don't think I will ever go back to that location and I'm currently trying to find either a whole new shop to purchase from or at least another Oasis location.

Went into the store looking for a new pen not really knowing too much, and Joey was able to assist me the with the process! It was a great experience, I will be back again.

Love the folks at Oasis Vape. Very knowledgeable, but not intimidating. It's like it's truly their mission to fit you with the right gear (rather than sell you the most expensive thing in the shop). Shop is modern, yet relaxing, and always smells great.
