The place is now dirty and disorganized. The flavors are ok, but I received no assistance when asking about flavors on my last three visits. The hardware is either limited or out of stock. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Not the best oasis, the one in Rio Rancho is better. Rio has more knowledge of how every mod works and can help you more. Also Rio is friendlier

This is the only e-cig shop I've been in where I could actually ask questions and get some informed answers. Rashaun (hope I spelled that correctly!) explained things about the electronics of the e-cigs that finally made sense. Other stores I've been in couldn't wait to push you out the door, but Rashaun very patiently answered all our questions & helped us make informed decisions about what we really wanted.
