Had a couple of devices that had issues and was given the run around. The clerk went on to tell me there was no manager to talk to, and no owner lol. I just wanted to exchange my goods. Now it's going to be a charge back from my credit card company. Stay away if you value customer service and integrity.

Oasis is awesome! However... the Barber Shop workers an patrons park in the handicapped spots because they spent a lot of money gives them the entitlement that allows it.

I've been going to this shop for quite a while and I can officially say I will never go again. I have been 'building rewards' the last year and I recently was coming up to a 50% off juice reward. For three different visits, I was told that I was extremely close to the reward and the next time I came in I would get it. Finally, after three visits of being told this I asked why it keeps changing and why I keep being told that my next visit will be the reward. They told me that the points go away over time and that they are constantly dropping over time. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A REWARD SYSTEM IF YOU CANT BUILD THEM?? WHY ARE MY POINTS GOING AWAY??? I will never shop here again. Scam of a company and overpriced.
As for this response from the owner below. I am glad that you guys are okay with bad practices because it is similar to 'other reward programs'. Literally the definition of being a sheep. Also, im assuming other reward programs points don't expire within the month XD... Again, please stay away from this scam of a company.
