The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are comparable to shopping online and I get to support the local smaller businesses. Their customer service is top notch. I had a issue with a newish CALIBURN and it was just outside the in store warranty and one of the employees told me how to go about connecting with the CALIBURN company. It took a few emails and pics (always save your recite) that came in handy. It took awhile to get my replacement device. I'm glad I had it because I lost the one I had to buy on my motorcycle. I have lost two from riding a motorcycle

The store is awesome the employee's there today on 1/27/23 we're super legit down to earth and help me out greatly. They also were protected by firearms and also protecting their store and themselves which also made me feel more protected while making my purchase they handled their weapons properly and a very professional about it you got some good employees on your hand you guys keep it up!
